For done-for-you setups

  1. Step 1: Request a spot.

    Fill in a 2-minute form about your setup.

  2. Step 2: I confirm within 1 business day.

    I’ll check it’s a good fit and give you a start date.

  3. Step 3: You pay and give me access.

    I send a secure payment link. Nothing is due until I’ve confirmed.

  4. Step 4: I fix it and send you a summary.

    You get a written handoff of everything I changed.

I take on a limited number of setups each month so every one gets my full attention. Request a spot and I’ll confirm within 1 business day. You only pay once I’ve confirmed.

When do I pay?

For a Fix-it Call, you pay when you book. For done-for-you setups, you only pay after I’ve confirmed I can take your project.

What if my project is bigger than I thought?

I’ll tell you before you pay and suggest the right option. No surprise invoices.

Which registrars and hosts do you work with?

Registrars and DNS: Porkbun, Cloudflare, Spaceship, Namecheap and Hostinger. Hosting: Hostinger, WordPress.com, BigScoots and Kinsta. Email: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Proton Mail and Neo. And yes, I can move you out of GoDaddy or Bluehost. Using something else? Ask in the form and I’ll tell you honestly.

How fast is it?

I reply to every request within 1 business day. The Business Email + Domain setup is done within 48 hours of getting access. A Leave GoDaddy move can take longer because domain transfers run on the registrars’ timelines, so I’ll give you a realistic date when I confirm.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can log in to your accounts and share your screen, that’s enough. I’ll explain everything in plain English.

What do you need from me?

Access to your domain registrar, DNS, email provider and host, depending on the job. The form asks what you use, and I’ll tell you exactly what to share and how to share it safely.

Do you do Bluehost too?

Yes. Leave GoDaddy works the same way for Bluehost: same price, same process. Pick it in the form.

What happens to my old GoDaddy or Bluehost account?

Once everything is moved and tested, I cancel the old services with you so nothing auto-renews and you don’t get charged again.

Do you recommend specific companies, and do you earn from that?

Sometimes. Some of my recommendations use affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend services I’d use myself, and you’re always free to pick something else.

What’s not included?
